Gear Recommendations:
While we provide gear for training, including gloves and shin pads, we highly recommend investing in your own wraps, gloves, and shin pads for optimal comfort and hygiene. Serious students may prefer to have their own equipment for consistency and personalized fit.
Sparring Equipment:
If you plan to engage in sparring sessions, ensure you have a mouthpiece, and consider investing in a protective cup for safety. While we provide some gear, having your own equipment enhances your experience and ensures proper protection during training.
